Maya Permanent Makeup is an appointment only clinic. You can make your appointment by sending an email to: with your requested date and time, or text us at 702-941-1515 for the quickest reply. A $100 retainer is required when booking an appointment. The retainer will be credited to your total procedure fees, and the remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.


All initial touch-ups are included at no charge in the price of each procedure. Touch-ups done after the initial free touch-up, and within one year, or touch-up appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, will be subject to a charge of $160.


Deposits can be made through Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle. The balance will be due in cash or by Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle. If final payment is made by any other method, a $15 transaction fee will be added to the total cost to cover processing fees.


If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit the retainer, or the free exceptions. We will respect your time. Please respect ours.


Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment (for new clients, please plan on 10-15 minutes to allow time to get a patient history). We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. Please understand that our one-to-one treatments need all of their allotted time to get the best possible result. We will not rush through a procedure or cut any corners. The deposit will be forfeited for any late or no show clients.


If you are diabetic, under 18 years old, undergoing chemotherapy, pregnant or nursing, or are prone to keloids, then you are not a suitable candidate for a permanent makeup procedure at this time.



Maya Permanent Makeup Clinic has a no guest policy for all clients in order to maintain a sterile environment, and to prevent any possible cross contamination, distraction, or interruptions. Guests are welcome to wait in the lobby. It is our goal to provide a safe, focused, high quality service. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.


Before and After photos will be taken as part of the total procedure. These photos may be used in marketing or promotional materials unless you opt out in writing.


All procedures and services are non-refundable. 




To ensure you are satisfied with your procedure, we ask that you carefully examine the shape and color before we start. Once the decision is made, the look you choose will be final. After leaving our clinic we are not responsible or liable for any changes you wish to make to your shape or color, so please make sure your final decision is definitely the one you want. Any requested changes made to the shape or color of your procedure after leaving our clinic will result in additional charges.
